All-American Resources specializes in locating candidates with the “athlete” skill set. AAR recruiters find competitive, goal oriented, disciplined candidates who exhibit leadership traits and a track record of success. We are able to locate talented students and student-athletes early in their careers thru our University and athletic administrative contacts, coaches, agents and professional athletic organizations. Thru alumni organizations, word of mouth and our networks, we are also able to locate the experienced candidate for mid to upper level positions.

All-American Resources uses an 8-step program to guarantee that our clients are receiving the highest caliber candidates.

1. We work with our clients to gain an understanding of their corporate personality, specific needs and hiring process. (Needs Analysis)

2. An account manager is assigned to each client and will act as the sole point of contact between our organizations. (Easy Contact and Lines of Communication)

3. Using the profile we develop through our needs analysis session, we identify candidates that meet your company’s specific needs. (Sourcing)

4. Candidates are then thoroughly interviewed and screened. Our candidates complete an intense first interview with one of our associates to save your hiring managers time and energy. (Interviewing and Weeding out Process)

5. Those candidates that make it through the interview process will then have their references checked. (Background Check)

6. Following a successful background check, candidates are presented to the company. We will work within your existing hiring format and submit them to either Human Resource or Sales Managers. We will submit a resume and highlights of our interview. (Presentation)

7. As the candidates progress through our client interviews, we will work with Hiring Managers to give them personal feedback from our candidates. (Feedback)

8. We will assist with salary negotiation and attend to any objections or issues that may arise before the final offer. (Job Placement)
