We have our pulse on current career and market trends and we are prepared to share this up-to-date information in an educational setting with your students so they prepared to enter today’s workforce.

Individualized One-On-One Approach. A job search and the subsequent interview process is a very personalized process. We prepare the student or student-athlete on an individual basis so he/she can effectively articulate his/her own abilities and skills in a polished and professional manner to a prospective interviewer.

Every Student and Student-Athletes Benefits. Although we might not directly place each and every student and student-athlete we come in contact with a job, each individual we come in contact with is prepared, polished and confident to begin interviewing in the corporate world.

Adhere to University and NCAA Legislation. We are aware of and follow all University and NCAA legislation regarding career placement firms. Our services are available to non-athletes and athletes alike, we are simply looking for the “athlete” skill set which is more often found in a candidate with an athletic background. Internship and job shadowing opportunities for athletically eligible student-athletes will be directed to the appropriate athletic department official. We only engage student-athletes whose athletic eligibility has expired in interviews with our corporate clients. We are dedicated to our clients, not to any deals.
