All-American Resources has two distinct sides to its business. First, we team up with college and athletic administrators as well as coaches, professional sport teams and agents creating a network aimed at targeting the “athlete” skill set. In coordination with University Career Services Offices and athletic department CHAMPS/Life Skills Coordinators, AAR provides educational career seminars and Mock Interview Day events for students and student-athletes. Our goal is to prepare the student for the interviewing process by polishing their interviewing skills and teaching current interviewing methodologies. Specializing in instructing athletes, AAR teaches student-athletes how to transfer and present the skills learned on the playing field into a professional business interview. Not only do these events introduce us to a diverse array of potential candidates, but it allows AAR associates the opportunity to get a complete overview of the potential candidate. Our guidance in career development comes from our own personal experiences in college and professional athletics, real world sales and sales management positions, and recruiting with small to Fortune 500 firms. We simply want to take our expertise and pass it on.

Second, All-American Resources team up with outstanding companies that share an interest in hiring people with the “athlete” profile. We feel that athletes in all sports possess desirable traits such as discipline, competitiveness, loyalty, persistence, teamwork, time management and the ability to handle criticism that the business community desperately searches for on a daily basis. AAR builds on these skills learned on the competitive playing field. These valuable skills are what many leading companies desire to hire and, conversely, many athletes do not know how to communicate effectively in the interview setting. From our extensive background as national sales recruiters, we have found that athletes and non-athletes who are able to express these skills in the interview setting and during their respective careers are far above typical entry-level candidates.

We are continuously growing our account base to reflect other areas that are of career interest to the diverse student and student-athlete candidates and client companies that we represent. We provide companies with candidates that they typically would not find on their own as well as connect athletes to positions that they normally would not be able to locate with out help.
